To our patients, friends, and family, we have made the difficult decision to consolidate our operations to our Rock Falls office effective September 1, 2021. The COVID19 pandemic deeply affected our community and many small businesses in the Sauk Valley area. We are making some modifications to the Rock Falls office to ensure the comfort and safety of our patients and staff and to allow for further growth of the practice. We will continue to serve our patients with care and dignity and look forward to seeing all of you each day in Rock Falls.
Normal business hours continue in Dixon through Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Any orders placed in the next few weeks will be available for pick up in Dixon until that time, and in Rock Falls after that date. All Dixon patient records are available from the Rock Falls office.
